Business owners (and people in general) seem to have an unending to do list. There are so many tasks that must be taken care of and the business owner takes it upon themselves to complete each task. When that is the case, business owners can’t be as successful. To grow a business, the owner must delegate.
The process of figuring out what needs to be delegated is quite simple and doesn’t have to take a lot of time. Begin by making a list of everything that needs to be done in your business. Now, look at each task and ask yourself, “does this task require MY skill, MY expertise, and MY knowledge?” If the answer is yes, write your name next to it. If the answer is no, write “Outsource” next to it.
After you have done the above, go back through your list, and look at each task that has “Outsource” written next to it. Your next step is to find someone to outsource those tasks to. Contact me about how I can help you in your business.
